Salary – c£12,000 per session
Location – Stockton-on-Tees
The surgery –
GP Training with multiple trainers, also host medical students
Very tight-knit Partnership, all get along very well
Geared towards reducing GP workload
Clinical support team of ACP, ANP and Prescribing Pharmacist
Dedicated Admin GP everyday dealing with urgent tasks and bloods
Dedicated Partner/admin session freeing up your clinical sessions for patients
No enhanced access requirements in the evenings or weekends
High QOF scoring
Coffee break every morning
More affluent demographic than surrounding areas but still offering plenty of variety

Your role –
Salaried GP with 6 or 12-month view-to-Partnership
5-6 sessions (may be able to offer more)
Weekly Partner session and weekly CPD session as a Partner
Fantastic workload
11 ‘new’ patients per session
3 protected follow-up slots – only you can book
15-minute appointments
Minimal home visits – low visiting anyway with bulk done by ST3s and ANPs
