    <h2>Current 8th Grade Students</h2>
    <p>Complete the selection form by 5:00 pm on November 10, 2025. A lottery will be held for the available seats in the program.</p>
    <h2>Current 9th Grade Students</h2>
    <p>Students interested in joining the HSA during their 10th grade year, current 9th graders, will need to fill out the selection form by November 10, 2025. A lottery will be held for the available seats in the program.</p>
    <p>In order to gain the knowledge necessary to participate in the HSA, current 9th graders must take the following course during the summer at their own expense:</p>
    <ul>
      <li>HITT 1201: Introduction to Health Professions</li>
    </ul>
    <h2>Selection Form</h2>
    <p>The Academy Programs of Plano application opens on October 1, 2025 at 9 AM and closes on November 10, 2025 at 5 PM. When you are ready to apply, click on the application link in the 2026-2027 Application Portal located on the Academy Programs of Plano page.</p>
