Cleaner and Contents Technician Location: Portland, OR Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Day Shift Full-time (After-hours call-outs may be required) Who We Are: Our Client is a restoration company seeking a Cleaner and Contents Technician to clean, restore, inventory, and store residential and commercial property damaged by fire, water, and smoke. What You’ll Do: Clean and deodorize customer contents affected by smoke, water, dirt, and other contaminants Pack and unpack cleaned items into boxes or storage containers Maintain inventory of cleaned and damaged items Coordinate repairs for furniture, electronics, area rugs, and other belongings Perform biohazard cleanup, including handling blood, fecal matter, and needles while wearing required PPE What’s In It for You: Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Employer-paid life insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Sick Leave Holiday pay Extra pay for biohazard work Additional $5/hour for biohazard cleanup while fully suited in personal protective equipment $25 bonus plus overtime pay for after-hours call-outs Call-out bonuses and overtime opportunities What You Need to Have: Valid driver's license Previous restoration industry cleaning experience Strong attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation The Musts: Valid driver's license Restoration cleaning experience Ability to lift 50 lbs Reliable communication and organizational skills Preferred: Experience handling contents restoration and inventory management Experience working with biohazard cleanup procedures Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume!
