The Role

As Head of Department, you will:

• Lead and manage the private client team, ensuring delivery of high-quality client service
• Oversee a broad caseload, including wills, trusts, probate, tax planning, and Court of Protection matters
• Develop and implement departmental strategy in line with firm objectives
• Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and fee earners
• Play a key role in client relationship management and business development

Our client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their well-regarded team at their Somerton office. Applications are welcome from solicitors with 2 years+ PQE in private client law.
