Key Responsibilities
In this leadership role, you will drive operational excellence across safety, quality, production, service, cost, and people development.
Lead and manage KPIs across all operational areas
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost management
Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Establish and maintain manufacturing standards and best practices
Contribute to company strategy, policies, and long-term planning
Support and enhance S&OP processes, including demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
Monitor operational and maintenance costs to ensure alignment with budget goals
Drive process improvements to increase ROI/EBITDA and optimize workflows
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align production with business needs
Build and lead a high-performance, engaged, and accountable team culture
Partner with leadership, HR, Sales, Product Development, and other sites to improve performance and profitability
Encourage open communication, team engagement, and continuous improvement
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management (MBA preferred)
10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, plant management, or operations
Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning and best practices
Proven experience leading S&OP processes
Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams
Solid understanding of plant safety and manufacturing operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
Skills & Competencies
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Strategic thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
