Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will drive operational excellence across safety, quality, production, service, cost, and people development.

• Lead and manage KPIs across all operational areas

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost management

• Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Establish and maintain manufacturing standards and best practices

• Contribute to company strategy, policies, and long-term planning

• Support and enhance S&OP processes, including demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory optimization

• Monitor operational and maintenance costs to ensure alignment with budget goals

• Drive process improvements to increase ROI/EBITDA and optimize workflows

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align production with business needs

• Build and lead a high-performance, engaged, and accountable team culture

• Partner with leadership, HR, Sales, Product Development, and other sites to improve performance and profitability

• Encourage open communication, team engagement, and continuous improvement

• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management (MBA preferred)

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, plant management, or operations

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning and best practices

• Proven experience leading S&OP processes

• Demonstrated success in building high-performing teams

• Solid understanding of plant safety and manufacturing operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
