Be in IT is a recruitment company, specialised in sourcing Specialists from the information technology world. Currently, for our client, we are looking for someone in the position: Collections Agent (Portuguese+English).

- Long-term cooperation with a leading international consulting company providing IT services to large and medium-sized businesses across various sectors, including automotive, healthcare, finance, banking, and manufacturing.
- Contacting customers by phone and email regarding overdue invoices and outstanding balances.
- Monitoring payment arrangements and tracking customer account status.
- Investigating and resolving disputed payments in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Sending payment reminders and account statements.
- Escalating more complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with internal company policies and procedures.
- Fluent Portuguese (both written and spoken-C1 level is a must).
- Good level of English-(At least B2)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling customer communication via phone and email.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or finance is an advantage but not required.
- Interest in finance, accounts receivable, or business operations.
- ASAP availability is preferred; up to a one-month notice period (effective at the end of the month) is acceptable.
- Long-term cooperation with a remuneration of 35 - 45 PLN net/hour + VAT (B2B).
- Support with setting up and running a sole proprietorship for candidates without prior B2B experience.
- A streamlined recruitment process consisting of two online interviews with hiring managers (each lasting up to one hour).
