Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a client of ours in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries Process order entries and transactions Process customer returns and order pickups Quote product prices to customers Process replacement orders Maintain product files and inventory levels Requirements 1-2 years of Customer Service experience Excellent customer service skills; via telephone and in-person Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient and accurate data entry skills Strong organizational skills Ability to perform clerical and basic accounting functions
