Location: Newham
We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker Family Help within the Social Care industry in Newham.
Responsibilities include:
- Working within the families first social work team dealing with all aspects of case management working with CIN, Children’s and Families and Safeguarding
- Contacting or visiting people who require assessments or reviews either for their current services or because of safeguarding issues
- Completing Single Assessments
- Experience of Section 47 investigations
- Working with families up to the point of the Public Law Outline and some Court Work
- Prioritising work according to need
- Managing an extensive amount of varying service user cases ensuring each is appropriately prioritised and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner
Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Children’s Safeguarding Social Work team within the UK.

- 3 year post qualifying experience within UK
