Receiving Auditor 3rd Shift

Summary

Support receiving department by verifying product movement and incoming shipments.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

v  Labels shipments and places commercial slips on items.

v  Audits process, procedures and inventory by checking tracking information and information in Navision Warehousing System.

v  Use RF Scanner to track movement in facility.

v  Help Receiving Supervisor by inputting data into Microsoft Excel.

v  Designated auditor may be required to drive forklift and or cherry picker to move product (must obtain and maintain forklift certification through company if assigned this responsibility).

v  Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

v  Previous forklift experience preferred but not required for non driving position.  

v  Previous experience working with Microsoft Office software.

v  Safety and Security – Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.

v  Must be able to use basic mathematical skills.

v  Must be able to count.

Education/Certification Requirements

v  High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.

v  Must be able to pass  forklift certification and maintain certification if hired for forklift operating auditor position.

Physical Requirements

v  Frequent sitting/standing.

v  Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

v  Occasional bending, pivoting.

v  Use of hands to type, grasp, lift, or place objects.
