Someone who is&nbsp;highly organised and IT proficient.&nbsp;Experience of working in an office, and knowledge of the Construction Sector is an advantage, but not essential.</p> <p>This is an office-based role &#8211; minimum four and maximum five days a week depending on candidates&rsquo; circumstances.</p> <p><b>Salary and Hours:</b></p> <ul> <li>&pound;25 to &pound;29K subject to experience</li> <li>An office-based role, located on the 1st&nbsp;floor</li> <li>4 &#8211; 5 days a week; 9am to 5:30pm; 30 &#8211; 37.5 hours per week</li> </ul> <p><b>Benefits Our Client Offers:</b></p> <ul> <li>Annual Profit-Related Bonus Scheme</li> <li>Group Life Assurance</li> <li>Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)</li> <li>Bereavement Counselling and Probate Helping Service</li> <li>Group Personal Pension</li> <li>Healthcare Insurance</li> <li>Career Growth Opportunities</li> <li>Training Provided</li> <li>Team Events</li> </ul> <p><b>Experience Needed:&nbsp;</b></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Experience with Deltek or similar systems is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Basic marketing support experience (website updates, presentations, event organisation) is desirable.</li> <li>Strong organisational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li> </ul> <p><b>Main Duties and Responsibilities</b></p> <p>General Administration:</p> <ul> <li>Manage stationery supplies, office inventory, and janitorial supplies.</li> <li>Organise social events and recurring meetings.</li> <li>Maintain and update the office organogram as new starters arrive.</li> <li>Monitor and respond to the office email inbox and general enquiries.</li> <li>Manage and update templates, checklists, and office documents.</li> <li>Answer the door buzzer and coordinate office maintenance (liaising with cleaners, contractors, etc.).</li> <li>Organise CPD and training bookings, including internal presentations.</li> <li>Support timesheet corrections and basic HR onboarding / inductions for new starters.</li> </ul> <p>Quality and Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with document control (FTP site uploads / downloads).</li> <li>Support project documentation (PEP, Gateway Reviews, audits).</li> <li>Help organise and undertake internal audits and compliance paperwork.</li> </ul> <p>Marketing Support:</p> <ul> <li>Update and maintain website content (liaising with Managers for new material).</li> <li>Regularly update staff CVs and project sheets.</li> <li>Organise and book client events, accommodation, and awards applications.</li> <li>Assist with B2B presentation graphics and standardising presentation materials.</li> <li>Conduct client research and support cold calling for B2B meetings.</li> <li>Run and update Deltek reports and Excel trackers (training provided).</li> <li>Support data entry and database maintenance.</li> </ul> <p>Project and Financial Support:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with invoicing, chasing debt, and basic accounting processes.</li> <li>Support bid management (including hard-drive storage and framework bids).</li> <li>Monitor team utilisation and support with data correction.</li> </ul> <p>Health and Safety:</p> <ul> <li>Support office health and safety compliance, including audits, risk assessments, and training records.</li> </ul> <p>If you want to join an established, privately owned business and be a catalyst for their future growth, then this is the job for you!</p> <p>Our client&rsquo;s selection process is unique in the marketplace and attracts motivated, productive team members, who they know will be successful and have a great career with themselves.</p> <p>They look forward to hearing from you.
