About the Role

You'll be joining a growing business within their Motor team, working alongside a close-knit group of 5 and reporting into an experienced Team Leader with over 20 years in the industry. You don't need sector experience - what matters is your attitude. They'll train you properly. They'll invest in you. But in return, they expect high standards. The Role Speaking with customers about insurance queries Providing new business quotes Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments Delivering clear, professional, and friendly service This isn't a scripted call centre role - it's about thinking, listening, and doing the right thing for the customer.
