About the Role
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Qualified Multi Trader (NVQ / City & Guilds)</strong></p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Company van and fuel card supplied.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Location:</strong> Lambeth</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Pay:</strong> £20 – £22 per hour, 42.5 hours per week. </p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Position:</strong> Ongoing self-employed role with the opportunity to go permanent.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Regen Solutions are currently seeking a <strong>qualified Multi Trader</strong> to carry out building services and maintenance works in occupied properties across Lambeth.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Must hold a relevant <strong>NVQ or City & Guilds qualification</strong> (Carpentry, Plumbing, or Multi Trade)</li>
<li>Proven experience in social housing and building maintenance</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence and own vehicle</li>
<li>Own tools required</li>
</ul>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Main Duties Include:</strong></p>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>General multi-trade maintenance and repairs</li>
<li>Carpentry (1st & 2nd fix)</li>
<li>Basic plumbing works</li>
<li>Plastering and patch repairs</li>
<li>Painting and decorating</li>
<li>Flooring and general building works</li>
</ul>
