- Experienced SAP Basis Consultant to manage, administer, and support SAP landscapes.
Hands-on experience with SAP installations, upgrades, system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management, and system administration across SAP environments. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, patches, and system refreshes.
- Knowledge of transport management, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or NetWeaver environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Hiring Process: The interview process is strict and typically involves 3 to 4 rounds:
- HR Screening and comprehension assessment.
- Technical evaluation (potentially involving a panel).
- A required final in-person meeting with management.
- Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
- Total Compensation: Base salary plus standard benefits
- Visa/Immigration: No visa sponsorship or layers are allowed.
