About the Role
Having such great solutions, we are looking for a Junior Solution Consultantto join our brave and brilliant Business Development Team.
What will you do on a daily basis?
Pre-Sales & Solution Support
Support the sales and solutions team during the sales cycle by helping translate client needs into initial solution concepts and integration outlines.
Help prepare and deliver tailored product presentations and demos
Participate in RFP/RFI work: review requirements, draft sections of responses, and help ensure consistency and completeness.
Gather and document client use cases, assumptions, and open questions; help keep alignment between business expectations and what the platform can deliver.
Contribute to internal materials (case studies, best practices, demo scripts, solution one-pagers) to strengthen our value proposition.
Post-Sales
Support handover from sales to delivery teams by organizing documentation, clarifying requirements, and validating that key assumptions are captured.
Assist in early implementation discussions by tracking risks, dependencies, and open items, and escalating when needed.
Help spot additional needs during client conversations
Internal Contribution & Growth
Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams by sharing structured feedback from the field (common questions, gaps, recurring requirements).
Improve technical documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge bases as you learn the platform.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, understandable way.

Proactive attitude, curiosity, and ownership of tasks.
Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to new topics.
Technical Fundamentals
Basic understanding of how modern systems communicate (e.g., APIs, integrations, data flows).
Practical curiosity towards APIs and integration methods
Interest in areas such as cloud platforms, data ecosystems, MarTech tools, and AI trends.
Analytical mindset: ability to ask the right questions, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.
Languages:
Fluency in English (C1 or higher).
Spanish and Portuguese are strong assets
