Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
QC Analyst to join a dynamic analytical team. In this role, you will perform GMP-regulated testing across various laboratory areas to ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Your contributions will support timely product releases and manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process control tests using techniques such as (U)HPLC, GC, PSD, and other chemical methods.
- Perform daily environmental monitoring, including conductivity, TOC, and wet chemical analyses.
- Execute non-routine tests like finished product release, stability studies, raw material testing, and validation-related analyses.
- Review, document, and evaluate analytical results in compliance with GMP guidelines and laboratory procedures.
- Support investigations, deviations, and troubleshooting for laboratory equipment and analytical issues.
- Maintain efficient laboratory workflows, facilitate sample flow, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize laboratory equipment and systems to support testing and documentation processes, with experience in LabWare LIMS and Empower 3 preferred.
Requirements:
- Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field (MLO or HLO).
- Ability and willingness to work a rotating 24/5 shift schedule, including nights, evenings, and mornings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Practical, solution-focused team player with hands-on experience in a GMP environment preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Adaptable to changing environment and laboratory conditions.
