Manager of Maintenance

<p><b><b>About the Role</b></b></p><p><span>As the Manager of Maintenance, you will manage maintenance and repairs for Kohl's property. You will prioritize and execute projects to reduce equipment downtime, ensure cost efficiency, and meet Kohl's quality standards.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>What You’ll Do</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Maintain and enforce safety-related programs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with third-party vendors to procure maintenance-related contracts for capital equipment and supplies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate training and service programs to educate staff on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and ensure compliance among all Associates</span></p></li><li><p><span>Report and document failure mode effect analysis (FMEA)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and analyze maintenance schedules and report findings</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide strategic recommendations for overall network maintenance-related activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead direct reports to achieve unit goals under Kohl's policies and practices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain open communication by setting clear objectives and removing barriers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback</span></p></li></ul><p><br /><b><b>What Skills You Have</b></b></p><p><span>Required</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Prior management experience in a distribution or warehouse environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques</span></p></li><li><p><span>Practical knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems (PC & PLC controlled automated distribution)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent </span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic computer knowledge, including Windows systems</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Preferred</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s Degree (or advanced degree)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong interpersonal skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working knowledge of EAM systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with (Internet of Things (IoT) and/or Condition Based Monitoring</span></p></li></ul>
