Commercial Air Movement Sales Manager

<p>An opportunity has arisen for an <strong>Area Sales Manager</strong> to join a market-leading air handling manufacturer during a period of sustained growth.</p> <p>This is a <strong>field-based, project-led role</strong> focused on specification-driven work within the commercial building services sector. <strong>The role requires a hands-on, field-based approach with responsibility for developing specification-led projects and managing key accounts across the region.</strong></p> <hr /> <h3>Regional Coverage</h3> <p><strong>Postcodes:</strong> LN,NG,LE,PE,NN,MK,LU,AL,SG,CB,CM,CO,IP,NR</p> <hr /> <h3>What You&#8217;ll Be Doing</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Managing and developing sales activity across a defined regional patch</p> </li> <li> <p>Building strong relationships with consulting engineers to influence specifications at design stage</p> </li> <li> <p>Supporting M&amp;E contractors from tender through to order placement</p> </li> <li> <p>Providing technical input and practical, commercially sound solutions aligned to project requirements</p> </li> <li> <p>Preparing and issuing quotations and technical submissions</p> </li> <li> <p>Attending client meetings, design reviews, and site visits</p> </li> <li> <p>Managing opportunities through the full project lifecycle</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintaining accurate CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline reporting</p> </li> </ul> <hr /> <h3>Package</h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>OTE up to £90,000</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Basic salary up to £60,000</strong>, depending on experience</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Commission: 1% of all orders</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Company car or car allowance</p> </li> <li> <p>Fuel card and all business expenses covered</p> </li> <li> <p>Benefits package included</p> </li> </ul> <p>WR HVAC | M&amp;E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
