<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Manage workflow across various CNC machining centers, ensuring priorities, capacity, and machine availability are balanced.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Collaborate with Setup, Production, and Operations teams to synchronize schedules for jobs, tooling, fixtures, and sequencing.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Provide accurate lead times for customer quotes based on machine capacity, workflow limitations, and production needs.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Monitor production progress to identify and address bottlenecks, delays, or scheduling conflicts in a proactive manner.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Implement scheduling enhancements to increase productivity, minimize downtime, and improve on-time delivery rates.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Communicate changes in schedules, priorities, and production status updates to internal stakeholders.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Analyze production data, machine utilization, and capacity trends utilizing ERP/MRP systems and Excel.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Support continuous improvement efforts related to planning, scheduling, and shop efficiency.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Maintain accurate scheduling records and ensure consistency between production plans and operational execution.</li>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Experience in scheduling within a high-mix, low-volume production setting is a plus.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;margin-top: 0in">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
