Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to oversee significant capital projects within our engineering division. The successful candidate will lead multiple high-value projects on-site in Boxmeer, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:
•    Manage one to two large capital projects, each valued between 15 and 50 million euros, from initial evaluation through to completion and financial close.
•    Lead cross-functional project teams (IPTs), coordinating efforts between internal departments and external partners.
•    Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scope development, execution, and closeout, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating progress and resolving issues proactively.
•    Monitor project risks, implement change management strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
•    Oversee procurement activities, including evaluating and selecting contractors and vendors.
•    Ensure projects adhere to corporate governance, capital management processes, and SHE standards.
•    Supervise the work of subcontractors, overseeing quality control and safety on site.
•    Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
•    Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing engineering or capital projects.
•    Proven track record with large, complex projects, ideally valued between 15 and 50 million euros.
•    Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
•    Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus but not essential.
•    Practical experience in project planning, cost control, and risk management.
•    Ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple contractors, and manage project resources effectively.
•    Knowledge of SHE standards and safety management in construction or engineering environments.
