We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Logistics DSD Shipping Supervisor to oversee Direct Store Delivery (DSD) shipping operations at a distribution center in City of Industry, CA. This role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient preparation, staging, loading, and dispatch of customer orders while maintaining safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity standards. This position is ideal for individuals with warehouse supervisory, logistics, transportation, or distribution center leadership experience. What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing all DSD shipping operations, including staging, loading, and dispatch Leading and supervising shipping personnel and daily labor assignments Coordinating transportation activities to ensure accurate, on-time store deliveries Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting cycle count processes Ensuring compliance with DOT and transportation regulations Communicating clearly with staff and stakeholders in English and Spanish Maximizing labor and transportation efficiency across shifts Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or distribution centers 1–2 years of supervisory, team lead, or coordinator experience preferred Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment Familiarity with DSD operations and transportation coordination Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Pay, Schedule, and Location Annual Salary: $70,304.00 Schedule: Full-Time Shifts Available: Day shift - able to work between 1st and 2nd shift - weekend availability required; 10–14 hour shifts during peak season Location: City of Industry, CA Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance • $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits • Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) • Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children • Pet insurance available • Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities.
