Join us and bring your whole self to work! 📝Some details about your department 📺 About the DNLTV Offer In response to evolving TV consumption habits, Making Science has developed DNLTV (Digital Non-Linear TV), an exclusive solution enabling brands to maximize their on-target reach. DNLTV offers access to the best non-linear inventory on Connected TVs (CTV), combined with granular data targeting and a performance guarantee (completion rate), to effectively reach audiences under-exposed to traditional linear TV. 🎯 Main Mission As a DNLTV Sales Expert, your mission is to drive this innovative offer in the French market. You will be responsible for evangelizing, persuading, and signing new partners (media agencies, direct advertisers) by demonstrating the added value of DNLTV within their media mix strategies (the complementary nature of linear TV and digital). 🎯 What we’d like you to do 1. Acquisition and Business Development Identify target advertisers and media agencies with strong branding and video/TV reach objectives. Conduct active and strategic prospecting to secure meetings with high-level decision-makers (Marketing Directors, Media Managers, Trading Desks). Evangelize the market on the benefits of Connected TV (CTV) and the non-linear approach. 2. Consulting and Consultative Selling Analyze prospects' current media plans to identify opportunities for "incremental reach" using DNLTV. Build and present tailor-made commercial proposals leveraging the data targeting capabilities and premium inventory of the offer. Negotiate deals (test campaigns and always-on partnerships) and close sales. 3. Campaign Monitoring and Retention Brief operational teams (Account Managers, Media Traders) to ensure the smooth launch of sold campaigns. Ensure post-campaign follow-up (analysis of results, performance reporting, achieved reach) to prove ROI and grow the account (upsell). Cultivate lasting relationships with your portfolio of agencies and advertisers. 4. Market Intelligence and Expertise Stay at the forefront of AdTech innovations, programmatic video, and the TV/CTV ecosystem. Relay market feedback to product teams to help evolve the DNLTV offering. 🔊 What we’d like you to bring Education and Experience Education: Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, Engineering School, University). Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience required in digital advertising, AdTech, or a media sales network (specific experience in Programmatic Video/TV is a strong asset). Technical Skills (Hard Skills) Excellent understanding of the digital media ecosystem (Programmatic, OTT, CTV, Online Video/OLV, DSP, Trading Desks). Ability to sell complex, data- and technology-driven solutions. Proficiency in media KPIs (CPM, Completion Rate, On-target Reach, Digital GRP, etc.). Fluent professional English (international context). Personal Attributes (Soft Skills) "Hunter" mentality with a strong results-oriented approach. Excellent presentation and persuasion skills when engaging with C-Level executives. Technological curiosity and intellectual agility.
