Fit-Out Project Coordinator

£40,000 - £45,000 DOE Benefits
Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fit-Out Project Coordinator to join a growing retail business with an expanding UK store portfolio. Supporting the property team, you will help coordinate store fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance projects across the retail estate.
This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisation, communication, and project coordination skills, with regular interaction across internal teams and external contractors. Travel may be required during project periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Support retail fit-out projects from planning through to completion
- Assist with tender processes, quotations, and project documentation
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and site visits
- Track project timelines, budgets, and progress updates
- Maintain project trackers, drawings, and records
- Support snagging and ensure issues are resolved promptly
- Coordinate store maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Assist with invoice tracking, CapEx reporting, and general administration
About You
- Experience within project coordination, fit-out, property, facilities, or construction support
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
