Communal Services Cleaner<br><strong>Location:</strong> Eastleigh<br><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> <strong>£13.45 per hour</strong><br><strong>Contract:</strong> 12-Week Temporary Assignment (with the opportunity to become permanent)<br><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 Hours per Week<br><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Monday to Friday<br><strong>Company Van Provided<br></strong><br>About the RoleWe're currently recruiting for a <strong>Communal Services Cleaner</strong> to join a well-established housing provider in <strong>Eastleigh</strong>.<br>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors and independently. The role will initially be a <strong>12-week temporary assignment</strong>, with the intention of offering a <strong>permanent position</strong> to the successful candidate.<br>A company van will be provided, so a <strong>full UK driving licence is essential</strong>.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Clean communal areas within residential buildings, including entrances, stairwells, corridors and communal facilities.</li><li>Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout communal spaces.</li><li>Remove litter and dispose of waste safely and responsibly.</li><li>Report health and safety hazards, repairs and maintenance issues.</li><li>Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly.</li><li>Travel between sites using a company van.</li><li>Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to residents.</li></ul>About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:<br><ul><li>A full UK driving licence (essential).</li><li>Previous cleaning or facilities experience is desirable.</li><li>The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.</li><li>Good attention to detail and high cleaning standards.</li><li>A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li></ul><br>If you're looking for a role with stability and the opportunity to secure permanent employment, we'd love to hear from you.
