Finance Director

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial forecasting, month-end close procedures, and annual budgeting framework to ensure alignment with business goals
• Spearhead process-improvement and digital transformation initiatives to streamline, automate, and elevate reporting capabilities across the business
• Act as a key financial advisor to sales leadership, embedding financial discipline into commercial strategies to maximize high-margin revenue streams
• Work alongside division leadership as a trusted strategic partner, using data-backed narratives to influence and shape the business's trajectory
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance professionals, driving a culture of accountability, skills development, and continuous improvement
• Synthesize complex financial performance metrics into compelling, high-visibility presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience within a large, global manufacturing organization
• Strong foundation in commercial finance
• Demonstrated leadership capability

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: up to $200,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
