About the Role
Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home Coventry (CV11) £16.50 per hour + £45 sleep-in 160 hours per month We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed children's residential home supporting young people aged 8-17 (EBD) . You will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, support staff, and help create a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive. Level 3 in Children & Young People essential Previous residential childcare experience required Leadership or senior experience preferred Clear progression to Registered Manager pathway Join a supportive provider focused on positive outcomes, safeguarding, and high-quality care.
