AI Data & Governance Engineer – Role Profile

• Senior: Senior AI Data & Governance Engineer

• Mid: AI Data Engineer

• Junior: Junior AI Data Engineer

Own end-to-end AI data pipelines, governance frameworks, and evaluation datasets to support AI/ML systems.

Build and maintain reliable data pipelines for AI workflows and support labeling, evaluation, and quality processes.

Support data ingestion, preparation, validation, and assist in maintaining data quality across pipelines.

• Design and manage Kubeflow pipelines for AI/ML workflows

• Define and implement data governance policies

• Implement data lineage tracking and audit readiness

• Own and maintain evaluation datasets for model performance monitoring

• Ensure compliance for PII handling and secure data usage

• Build and maintain Airflow / Airbyte pipelines

• Support data labeling and AI evaluation processes

• Monitor and improve data quality and pipeline performance

• Write efficient queries and transformations using SQL and Python

• Perform data preparation and cleaning

• Support pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting

• Validate datasets for accuracy and completeness

• Assist in basic SQL queries and Python scripts for automation
