In this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties including: Assessing the needs of children and families through comprehensive evaluations. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support families. Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with local authority policies. Providing support and guidance to families, helping them access necessary resources and services. To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in child protection and family support work. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
