About the Role
<p>We’re looking for an experienced interim HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across the CEO, Operations and other senior level portfolios. You’ll play a key role in delivering our People Strategy, driving organisational change and ensuring a high‑quality HR service across all sites.</p>
<p> We are specifically looking for candidates that have worked in complex, unionised environments and you must have dealt with TUPE, restructures and change.</p>
<p> The role<br /> – Act as a strategic partner to Chief Officers and Directors<br /> – Lead workforce planning, talent management and succession planning<br /> – Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues<br /> – Support organisational change and policy development<br /> – Build management capability through coaching and guidance<br /> – Lead and support Trade Union consultation<br /> – Manage and develop HR Advisers<br /> – Contribute to corporate projects and People Strategy initiatives</p>
<p> About you<br /> – CIPD qualified<br /> – Strong generalist HR experience<br /> – Up‑to‑date employment law knowledge<br /> – Experience in change management and talent planning<br /> – Able to deliver modern, practical HR solutions<br /> – Confident managing a busy, varied workload</p>
<p> This to start ASAP with hybrid working of 3 days onsite in central London, with a salary of 60k, with an initial 6 month fixed term contract with a view to going permanent. </p>
