The knowledge and experience required for this role is as mentioned below -  Knowledge / Experience (Skills): More than 20 years’ work experience in Oil and Gas industry More than 5 Years working experience with Saudi Aramco (preferable but not essential) Regional Knowledge and Experience: KSA consultancy experience, having worked with NOCs, IOCs and EPC Clients Offshore and mix of Upstream and Midstream experience is essential. Prior engineering design experience will be an added advantage. Project Management experience – delivery of study, FEED and Detailed Design projects would be an advantage. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal services - this includes client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client satisfaction. Experience in Tendering and Contracting strategy. Experience in Project budgeting, Final Investment Decisions and CAPEX estimate. The candidate must have proven offshore experience, particularly in platform and subsea pipeline fabrication and installation, and should have previously worked with major international offshore contractors. The candidate will be required to support the execution of large scale offshore and onshore projects, including gas plant developments. Prior experience on Saudi Aramco projects is essential, with strong familiarity with Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures. Excellent people management skills - knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, resource modelling, people management and motivational leadership. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal services - this includes client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of client satisfaction. Self-motivated with ability to prioritise and delegate critical activities. Collaborative approach – build and maintain a positive team culture within the business. Good organisational and time management skills.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / construction / project management or equivalent.      Eighteen (18) years’ experience of Project Management / Engineering / Construction experience in major Oil and Gas / Petrochemical projects onshore / offshore / building and infrastructure.
