<p><strong>Description</strong></p>

This role supports the Wealth and Asset Management business through operational, systems, and reporting functions. The position is ideal for a motivated problem solver who is eager to become a subject-matter expert in investment reporting platforms, data workflows, and account setup processes. The role combines hands-on operations, system integrations, and data analysis while building a strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and business support and helps coach junior associates.

Job requirements 

Responsible for supporting Wealth and Asset Management operations through a combination of financial reporting, systems support, and data analysis. Responsibilities typically include assisting with daily reporting deliverables, account setup and householding, reconciliations, system integrations, and complex and ad-hoc reporting needs. This role ensures accurate, timely, and well controlled reporting for wealth and asset management and other ad hoc requirements and prepares and analyzes data while also resolving data issues and discrepancies for reporting.

The role involves creating, maintaining, and enhancing reports, dashboards, and data extracts, data mining and analyzing data to identify trends and discrepancies, and resolving data and system-related issues. The individual will develop deep expertise in best-of-class industry reporting platforms and become a go-to resource for understanding system functionality, data flows, and reporting capabilities. 

Success in this role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, intellectual curiosity, and an interest in becoming a systems and data expert. The ideal candidate is a solutions seeker and emerging data guru who is comfortable working with large datasets, learning system logic and basic configuration, and partnering with business, technology, risk and operations teams. A forward-thinking approach is encouraged, with opportunities to enhance processes through automation, AI, or other innovative solutions while building foundational knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and the broader business context.

 

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Required Qualifications

  • Completed High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Wealth Management operations role or broader financial services environment
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, balancing risk considerations and client experience
  • Strong judgment and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners and team members
  • Proficiency with personal computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to manage both planned and unplanned work and projects as business needs arise

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Direct experience supporting Wealth Management operations processes and systems
  • Working knowledge of brokerage platforms and the ability to troubleshoot system related issues
  • Exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, data analysis, or complex and ad hoc reporting
  • Demonstrated interest in systems, data workflows, and reporting platforms
  • Experience partnering with technology, risk, or operations teams to resolve data or system issues
  • Demonstrated past job stability

 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
