Job Description
  • Fill prescriptions and prepare IVs under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
  • Work with Billing Supervisor to enter data into the computer system for filling prescriptions.
  • Prepackage medication for dispensing according to standards and regulations.
  • Assist in final checking of filled prescriptions and coordinate accurate delivery to customers.
  • Maintain good inventory practices, including receiving and rotating incoming medications.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration and cleanliness.
Critical Information
  • Shift availability includes openings for morning and evening shifts based on business needs.
  • Workers typically work 5 days a week with variable scheduling.
  • Position is on-site at a new facility.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • Certification or licensing as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
