What You'll Do as a Marketing & Sample Program Coordinator:
- Campaign & Project Support: Assist with the execution of B2B marketing campaigns, track project progress, and coordinate product launches alongside Sales and Product teams.
- Event & Trade Show Logistics: Coordinate sales meetings, showrooms, and trade shows across North America. Manage travel, booth setup, shipping, and track related event expenses and budgets.
- Sample Fulfillment & Inventory: Process customer fabric sample requests, assemble promotional sample kits or product displays, and meticulously track fabric usage and storage.
- Digital & Print Marketing Support: Assist with website updates, blog posts, and social media scheduling while managing the inventory of printed brochures, catalogs, and promotional items with external vendors.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the central point of communication across Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and external vendors
Skills and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Required Experience: Must have at least 2 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Preferred Experience: 2 years within the Textile Industry is highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Outstanding organizational skills, strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and professional written/verbal communication.
- Software Systems: Familiarity with shipping software (UPS/FedEx) and SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Work Environment: This is a 100% in-person position.
