Job Title: Business Development Manager - Automotive Finance

Type: Full-time / Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £36,000 depending on experience + £60,000 OTE (uncapped commission).
Mode of Working: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week on-site.
The firm is a fast-growing automotive finance brokerage, supporting clients across the UK in securing finance for a wide range of vehicles - from prestige and performance cars to rare classics.
Working closely with a strong network of dealers, introducers, and lenders, the firm delivers a seamless, high-touch customer experience.
The team is ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about cars, and is now looking to expand its Automotive department with a driven Business Development Manager
As a key member of the Automotive team, you will be responsible for driving new business and developing long-term relationships across the automotive sector. You will act as a trusted point of contact for dealers, introducers, and clients, helping them secure the right finance solutions while expanding the firm’s partner network.
