The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to be based in either our London or Woking office to help co-ordinate as part of a team all client & network activities for ION markets globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Manager in charge of overseeing infosec, operational and strategic projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle.
Experienced Project Manager able to run multi-stream mid-large initiatives involving both internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of Global Network & Security Initiatives to enhance connectivity and safeguard our infrastructure across regions.
Streamlining Client Onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new customers and faster integration with our systems.
Focus on BAU & Capacity Management, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly while scaling resources to meet increasing demands.
Lead Consolidation / Redesign Initiatives to optimize existing systems and reduce complexity across the organization.
Conduct thorough Investigatory Analysis Work to identify potential inefficiencies, assess risks, and uncover opportunities for improvement across our network and security architecture.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Good Technical Network understanding
Experience in a technology and/or network role in financial markets
Clear, accurate and concise communicator with strict attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience adapting complex technical written and verbal communication to be suitable for a for a non-technical audience.
Understanding of change management and ITIL processes
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize own workload and adhere to strict deadlines.
Experience with Vendor & Client Engagement
Commercial and technical awareness of the exchange, network and extranet landscape with the ability to generate cost estimates + work to agreed budget
