You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating work flows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.</span></p><p style="margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Providing supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Monitoring counselor’s compliance with productivity requirements and developing improvement plans when requirements are not met.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Making staff assignments and creating schedules; updating support staff when changes are made.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Conducting patient treatment plan reviews as needed.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Performing chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Assisting with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Your Education & Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Master’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 3 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency;</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Associate’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 4 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency;</span></li><li><span style="margin: 0px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience is required</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical experience in a supervisory role is required</span></li><li data-start="116" data-end="257"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="118" data-end="257"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Leadership experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, including outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.</span></p></li><li data-start="258" data-end="407"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="260" data-end="407"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">In-depth knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and practices, including the use of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.</span></p></li><li data-start="408" data-end="569"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="410" data-end="569"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff in the delivery of individual and group counseling services for individuals with substance use disorders.</span></p></li><li data-start="570" data-end="792"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="572" data-end="792"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention, with the ability to train and guide staff in their implementation.</span></p></li><li data-start="793" data-end="977"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="795" data-end="977"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.</span></p></li><li data-start="978" data-end="1160"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="980" data-end="1160"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, including 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and Joint Commission requirements, with a focus on maintaining audit readiness.</span></p></li><li data-start="1161" data-end="1349"><p style="margin: 0px;" data-start="1163" data-end="1349"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
