We’re partnering with a high-growth business looking to appoint a Head of Performance Marketing to deliver and evolve their customer acquisition strategy across multiple international markets.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded performance marketer with leadership experience who thrives on providing measurable growth, scaling acquisition channels and using data to unlock performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning the paid media and performance marketing strategy across multiple regions and languages
Leading campaign strategy, optimisation and budget allocation across all paid channels
Encouraging customer acquisition, conversion and lifetime value through integrated paid media and CRM strategies
Managing significant digital media budgets with full accountability for ROI and performance KPIs
Identifying and testing new channels, formats, creative approaches and growth opportunities
Leading SEO strategy to maximise search visibility and organic performance
What We’re Looking For
A record of success a senior performance marketing / paid media role
Deep hands-on experience across major paid digital platforms
Strong understanding of SEO, AEO and digital content optimisation
Experience managing large budgets and delivering ROI-led growth
Demonstrable commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into action
