Shift Engineer £50,000 - £54,000 Northampton | 4 on, 4 off (Days & Nights) Engineered systems. High-stakes environments. Zero margin for error. You'll be working on highly specialised, process-driven equipment in a clean, controlled, high-tech setting where performance, safety, and uptime are everything.
