About the Role

<p><strong>Business Development Manager &#8211; Water Hygiene</strong></p> <p><strong>South East</strong></p> <p><strong>£50,000-£55,000 Basic + £24,000 OTE</strong></p> <p>My client is seeking a motivated <strong>Business Development Manager in Water Hygiene</strong> to support the continued expansion of their Water Treatment and Water Hygiene services across the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced <strong>Business Development Manager </strong>professional to join a growing and well-supported division within a reputable organisation.</p> <p>The successful <strong>Business Development Manager </strong>will play a key role in driving new business growth while developing long-term relationships with clients across sectors including commercial, industrial, healthcare and the public sector.</p> <p><strong>Package</strong></p> <ul> <li>£50,000-£55,000 basic salary</li> <li>Circa £24,000 OTE</li> <li>Company car or car allowance</li> <li>Ongoing professional development opportunities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Water Treatment and Water Hygiene markets</li> <li>Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to proposal, negotiation and contract award</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with facilities managers, engineers and procurement teams</li> <li>Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand requirements and propose appropriate solutions</li> <li>Prepare and deliver professional proposals, tenders and presentations</li> <li>Work closely with internal technical and operational teams to ensure services meet compliance standards including ACoP L8 and HSG 274</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in <strong>Business Development Manager within Water Hygiene</strong></li> <li>Strong knowledge of legionella control, water hygiene services and industry compliance frameworks</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills</li> <li>A proactive and target-driven approach to business development</li> <li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region</li> </ul> <p>Apply now or contact Mollie Caswell at Penguin Recruitment for more information.</p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/TW9sbGllQ2Fzd2VsbC4xMTU0Mi4xMTMwOUBwZW5ndWlucmVjcnVpdG1lbnQuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif"></p>
