Leasing Agent "Weekends are must"

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting a Leasing agent for a residential apartment complex located in San Clemente.

 

Pay: $20-$23/Hr. DOE

Schedule: Must be available to work weekends

Days off: Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday

 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team in San Clemente. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service who enjoys working with people and creating positive resident experiences.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
• Sunday hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Two consecutive weekdays off: Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct community tours for prospective residents
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads
• Assist residents with questions and housing-related concerns
• Support resident retention efforts and provide excellent customer service
• Create and post marketing materials and resident event flyers using Canva
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, reliable, punctual and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable handling housing-related questions or concerns
• Experience using Canva and working with templates is a plus
• Professional appearance required (no open-toe shoes; business-appropriate attire)
• Tech savvy with computers, word, excel, etc.
