<p><strong>Veterinary Surgeon – 4-Day Week – Flexible Hours – East London</strong></p>
<p>A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, client-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern small animal practice in East London. This role offers great flexibility, a supportive team environment, and the chance to work with excellent facilities.</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong><br />
You’ll deliver high-quality veterinary care, from preventive health to diagnostics and surgery. The practice values consistency in case management and a collaborative, team-based approach.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Provide general veterinary services, including consults, diagnostics, and surgery</p>
<li>
<p>Maintain strong client communication and follow-up care</p>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes</p>
<li>
<p>Contribute to the continued development of practice standards and processes</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Minimum 3 years’ veterinary experience (including at least 1 year in the UK)</p>
<li>
<p>RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon</p>
<li>
<p>Confident in routine surgery and consultations</p>
<li>
<p>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</p>
<li>
<p>Passion for ongoing clinical development and patient wellbeing</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>Working Hours & Flexibility:</strong></p>

<p>Full-time: 4 days per week, 9-hour shifts</p>
<li>
<p>Dedicated admin hour included each day</p>
<li>
<p>1-in-4 weekend rota</p>
<li>
