About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Lead to drive end‑to‑end organisational design and Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives across a complex, fast‑paced environment. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping future business capabilities, designing scalable operating models, and delivering strategic change that supports long‑term growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of Target Operating Models, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer needs, and technology capabilities.
Oversee organisational design initiatives, including role architecture, capability mapping, workforce planning, and structural redesign.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define transformation priorities, assess readiness, and drive decision‑making across operational and technology functions.
Deliver end‑to‑end transformation programmes, from discovery and assessment through to execution, embedding new ways of working and ensuring sustainable adoption.
Conduct impact assessments, develop business cases, and create actionable roadmaps that support organisational change.
Provide leadership across cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication, governance, and collaborative delivery.
Monitor transformation outcomes, establish success measures, and drive continuous improvement.
Experience RequiredProven track record in organisational design and TOM development within a telecommunications or technology organisation.
Strong background leading large‑scale transformation or change programmes.
Demonstrable experience engaging senior executives and influencing strategic direction.
Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured, scalable operating model solutions.
Strong analytical capability with experience building business cases and evaluating operating model options.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Desirable SkillsExperience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Exposure to digital transformation, cloud‑based platforms, or technology‑enabled operating models.
Professional certifications in change/transformation (e.g., Prosci, APMG, Lean) beneficial but not essential.
