<p>Field-Based | UK (Northern Territory)<br />Base Salary: £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55K+) + Company Car + Benefits</p>
<p>A growing and well-established UK manufacturer of industrial weighing and measurement solutions is looking to appoint a <strong>Sales Contracts Manager</strong> to support continued expansion across the UK.</p>
<p>This is a strong opportunity for either:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>A technically minded individual looking to transition into sales, or</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>An experienced Sales / Account Manager / Business Development Manager seeking a new challenge in a specialist engineering sector</p>

<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p>You will be responsible for developing contract sales across a broad portfolio of weighing equipment and solutions, working with clients across multiple sectors.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Managing and developing an existing customer base</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Re-engaging dormant accounts and identifying new opportunities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Driving new business across industrial sectors</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Managing your own territory with a high level of autonomy</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Building long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience in sales, account management or business development<br /><strong>OR</strong> strong technical/engineering background with a desire to move into sales</p>
</li>
<li><strong>MUST HAVE Weighing Equipment Industry Experience</strong></li>
<li>
<p>Target-driven with a proven ability to generate revenue</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to manage your own pipeline and territory effectively</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience within industrial equipment, engineering, or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p>£40,000 basic salary</p>
