Requirements: Experience leading groups of young people (schools, coaching, tutoring, or youth work). Strong communication and classroom management skills. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one). Key Duties: Lead the classroom and deliver pre-planned lessons across all subjects. Manage student behaviour in line with the school's high standards. Ensure all pupils stay on task and complete their set work. Create a safe and productive learning environment for every student. Respond to student questions and provide guidance on lesson materials. Collect completed work and provide brief feedback to the regular teacher.
