<p><strong>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer</strong></p> <p>EDI / B2B / API Integration</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote / Hybrid from St Louis, MO</p> <p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Contract to hire</p> <p><strong>Start Date:</strong> March 2026</p> <p> </p> <p>We are seeking a hands-on Enterprise Integration Engineer with strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, build, and maintain integrations across ERP systems, enterprise applications, and external trading partners.</p> <p>This role focuses primarily on enterprise integration and middleware development, including EDI/B2B integrations, API development, and system-to-system orchestration. The ideal candidate has experience implementing EAI and API-based integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, connecting ERP platforms and enterprise applications across the organization.</p> <p>In addition to integration development, the role may support low-code application solutions using platforms such as Oracle APEX or Salesforce, though this is a secondary responsibility. This position is well suited for a mid-level integration engineer who enjoys working across systems, connecting technologies, and building reliable enterprise integrations that support critical business operations.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Enterprise Integrations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</li> <li>Build and support EDI/B2B integrations with external trading partners</li> <li>Develop and manage REST and SOAP API integrations between enterprise systems</li> <li>Implement EAI patterns to enable reliable communication between ERP and business applications</li> <li>Integrate ERP systems with internal applications and third-party platforms</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Support &amp; Low-Code Development (Secondary)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and support internal applications using Oracle APEX or Salesforce low-code tools</li> <li>Build SQL-based data solutions supporting operational workflows</li> <li>Enhance existing applications with improved automation and integration capabilities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operations &amp; Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root-cause analysis</li> <li>Monitor and maintain integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance</li> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions</li> <li>Document integrations, data flows, and technical architecture</li> <li>Contribute to integration standards, best practices, and reusable components</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</li> <li>Experience implementing EAI and API-based integrations</li> <li>Experience supporting or integrating ERP systems (Oracle, Infor, SAP, IQMS, etc.)</li> <li>Experience implementing EDI/B2B integrations</li> <li>Strong experience with REST APIs and system-to-system integrations</li> <li>Solid SQL and data modeling experience</li> <li>Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Oracle APEX</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce configuration or low-code development</li> <li>Experience working with manufacturing or enterprise ERP environments</li> <li>Familiarity with integration architecture patterns</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong systems thinking and integration mindset</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues</li> <li>Ownership and accountability for integration reliability</li> <li>Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders</li> <li>Practical, delivery-focused approach to enterprise solutions</li> </ul>
