Wir arbeiten im Auftrag einer international etablierten Immobilienberatung und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Finance Manager (w/m/d)am Standort München. Die Position bietet die Möglichkeit, eine zentrale Finance Funktion mit hoher Eigenverantwortung in einem internationalen Umfeld zu übernehmen und dabei eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammenzuarbeiten.

• Verantwortung für Management Accounts, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Cashflow-Planung
• Steuerung von Accounting-Prozessen inklusive Debitoren, Kreditoren, Kontenabstimmungen und Zahlungsverkehr
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Analyse und Qualitätssicherung von Finanzinformationen
• Verantwortung für Payroll, Spesen, Fahrzeugflotte sowie Unterstützung bei steuerlichen und regulatorischen Themen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung sowie Unterstützung bei Finance- und HR-relevanten Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

• 5+ Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finance-/Accounting-Umfeld; Immobilien- oder Professional-Services-Erfahrung von Vorteil
• Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
