The ESG Reporting Manager will lead the production, governance and continuous improvement of Thames Water’s ESG‑related reports, disclosures, and data submissions. This includes responsibility for our Annual Sustainability Report, climate‑related disclosures (e.g., TCFD and UK Adaptation Reporting Power), the UK Sustainability Reporting Standards (SRS), UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) reporting, and other ESG‑related outputs.

It will provide strategic oversight of enterprise‑wide ESG performance, ensuring that reporting insights directly inform business planning, investment decisions and long‑term risk management.
To be successful, the role requires strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement, effective coordination across technical and corporate teams, a proactive understanding of external ESG standards, and the ability to adopt new ways of working to maximise impact and value.
