Role Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Associate to join a well-established and highly regarded team in London.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-value property transactions for private clients from across the world, as well as several private banks. The team prides itself on its personal approach, technical precision, and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, working closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver high-quality advice and develop client relationships. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to build your profile in a respected London practice with a supportive and collaborative culture.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx professional with at least 3–4 years’ PQE in residential property.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a range of residential transactions, ideally including high-value London property work.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage deadlines.
• Client-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive team player who enjoys working in a close-knit, supportive environment.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in contributing to business development initiatives.
• Confidence to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with senior colleagues.
