Live In Couples Job – Prestbury Cheshire  – 1 bed apartment accommodation - £70,000+ GPA DOE

Our client is looking for an experienced and flexible couple to take on a hands-on role looking after a 6-bedroom family home in Prestbury, Cheshire set in around 1.5 acres of grounds.   Household of 2 adults, 2 dogs and 4 older children who don’t live at home but visit.   The owners travel extensively so this role requires a couple who can be trusted with house and dog sitting while they are away and who can manage their own time and workload.

This client is also considering employing a single live in Housekeeper or Gardener / Handyperson.

Main duties will include:

• Hands on cleaning
• Laundry and ironing
• Keeping the home well organised
• Running errands
• Wardrobe Management
• Occasional basic family cooking
• Dog sitting and general dog care including walking, feeding, trips to the vets and groomers etc.  It is key that you are both dog lovers.
• General maintenance gardening – lawn care, basic woodland work, planting, hedge trimming.
• Keeping outside areas well maintained – jet washing, cleaning garden furniture for example
• Basic property maintenance – reporting any maintenance requirements and dealing with trades and contractors
• Pool care
• Tennis court cleaning
• Driving and keeping the household vehicles clean and well maintained

This will be a full-time role where you can manage your own time for large periods of time while the clients are away.   When they are in residence some flexibility on weekends will be required if they are entertaining or have family visiting.

Accommodation is a self-contained 1-bedroom apartment with its own small outside area.  Sorry not suitable for pets or dependents.

Salary £70,000+ GPA depending on experience
