About the Role
Are you looking for your next Financial Accountant role within a growing multi-entity business where you can take ownership of statutory reporting, audit, and tax compliance?
We are partnering with a well-established and growing business near Bury St Edmunds, who are looking to appoint a Financial Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the continued development and governance of the Group finance function.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Accountant, you will:
Manage Group VAT reporting and support wider tax compliance requirements across the business.
Assist with the preparation and review of statutory accounts and Corporation Tax submissions for multiple entities.
Act as a key contact throughout the external audit process, helping coordinate information and resolve queries.
Support the production of year-end accounts, annual reports, and accompanying financial analysis.
Contribute to treasury, governance, and company secretarial responsibilities across the Group.
Requirements:
As a Financial Accountant, you will need:
ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
Strong experience within statutory accounting
Previous experience working within a group environment

Salary of £65,000
