Job Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist Address: Sterling Heights, MI Job Description Update Sterling Stamping and Warren Stamping Layouts in AutoCAD for current and future programs. Maintain the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) and update it weekly or as needed. Perform Material Flow Analysis including manpower, dock, and storage analysis. Work closely with Plant Facilities and Stamping Process Engineers to ensure accurate CAD layouts. Identify required Material Handling Equipment for all new model parts. Ensure compliance with the latest Safety/Ergo documents. Prepare lists of opportunities for manpower and storage improvements. Critical Information On-site position with dynamic launch environment. Education/Licenses Needed Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (particularly Excel and Access). Understanding of the Stamping Plant processes. Working knowledge of ergonomics and its application.
